Cancellation and Refund Policy

Consultation Services:

  1. Online Consultation (Rs. 2500):
    • Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
  2. Physical Consultation at Delhi Office (Rs. 2500):
    • Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

Case Filing Service:

  1. Before Signing of the Case File:
    • The initial payment is refundable by half if the cancellation is requested before signing the case file.
  2. After Signing of the Case File:
    • No refund for the initial payment is applicable after signing the case file.
  3. Before 6 PM of the Previous Working Day of Listing:
    • The final payment is refundable by half if the cancellation is requested by 6 pm of the previous working day of the listing of the case.
  4. After 6 PM of the Previous Working Day of Listing:
    • No refund for the final payment is applicable after 6 pm of the previous working day of the listing of the case.

Force Majeure:

  1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to reschedule appointments or services.
